Baked deliciousness
Who doesn’t love cookies especially in the fall time. Well cookies are the type of baked goodness that is liked all year around. It’s even better when it’s chocolate chip cookies.
Here, I share with you a cookie recipie that I got from my sister and absolutely love making and eating.
They are absolutely delicious, the perfect amount of crispness, softness and chewiness all in one.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 and ½ cup floor
• 1 egg and 1 egg yolk
. 1 cup brown sugar
. ½ cup white sugar
. 1 tsp baking soda
. 1 tsp baking powder
. 1 cup melted butter
. Chocolate chunks
RECIPE:
. In a bowl mix flour, baking powder and baking soda.
. Melt the butter in a saucepan untill it turns golden brown remove from flame and bring it to room temperature. If its a . little less then 1 cup mix some water.
. In a separate bowl add white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and melted butter, mix untill well combined then add 1 egg and 1 egg yolk untill well combined.
. Add the flour mixture in 2 parts while slowly mixing/beating into the egg sugar mixture
. Add chocolate chunks and mix with a wooden spoon.
. If the dough is still really sticky add a little more flour.
. Pre heat oven at 180°c
. Line a baking tray with baking paper and using a spoon scoop out the dough and place it on the lined baking tray
. Bake for no more then 12 to 14 mins
. Let the cookies cool down a little before removing from the tray.
